Our automations and workflows for one-click completion of standard tasks have been complemented by a major upgrade of our customer portal in recent weeks. It is important to our tour operators that everyday standard tasks, such as rebooking, change of address or cancellation - especially in the high season - do not require any work.

Parents have the opportunity to complete tasks and changes via an individual customer portal, with their own login, without having to contact the tour operator. Updating the health questionnaire - no problem. Communicate an earlier arrival via your transfer questionnaire - it's easy. The family has moved and has a new address - easy. Paying the last installment before the trip - a no-brainer.

Our customer portal can be easily activated and parents have the opportunity to use their personal login after booking. Of course, we can also encourage all existing customers to create a customer account afterwards. The layout of the customer portal is automatically branded to the layout of the tour operator, as is the case with the provision of our booking forms and date tables.

The customer portal can be supplemented by individual tools, such as the integration of appointment scheduling software or AI chatbots, which can answer a lot of standard questions about the offers without an employee having to invest time. The best example is our integration with Chatlyn - a tool that takes communication with customers via Whatsapp to a whole new level.
