The Bookacamp Property Management System provides a modern, cloud-based foundation for the full operational workflow of your accommodation. The system is accessible anytime and from anywhere—without local installations or complex updates. Bookings, check-ins, and check-outs can be managed digitally with just a few clicks, allowing you to monitor room status, guest turnover, and rebookings quickly and transparently. This ensures that your daily operations remain efficient, reliable, and well-organized.


Room & Rate Management

Managing rooms and pricing is centralized and flexible within a clearly structured interface. You can define different room categories such as single, family, or multi-bed rooms and enrich them with all relevant characteristics. Seasonal pricing structures will soon be easy to map, allowing you to adjust rates to peak and off-season with just a few clicks (ALPHA phase). Additionally, you can set booking restrictions such as minimum stays or blackout dates to optimize occupancy. Combination offers consisting of accommodation, programs, and add-on services are automatically bundled into attractive packages—without risking overbookings.


Booking Engine & Sales

With the integrated booking engine, you enable your guests to book directly via your website—without middlemen or additional commission fees. Booking forms can be embedded seamlessly into any website and work reliably across all devices.

Automation & Communication

To ensure recurring tasks don’t consume unnecessary time, the system automates a wide range of communication steps. Confirmations, reminders, check-in information, or payment notices are triggered automatically and are fully customizable. This gives your guests professional, personalized communication that builds trust and supports a seamless experience. At the same time, your team benefits from internal notifications about important events such as new bookings, upcoming capacity shortages, or open tasks. This ensures everyone is informed at all times and able to work far more efficiently.


Payments & Billing

The payment workflow is fully digitized and integrated. Guests can conveniently pay for their bookings via credit card or other online payment methods through one of our payment providers. This gives you full transparency over open and completed payments at all times. Online payments, invoicing, and payment reconciliation are largely automated—reducing administrative effort while offering your guests a professional and transparent billing experience.


Occupancy Analysis & Statistics

A comprehensive analytics module provides accurate insights into occupancy, revenue, and booking patterns at all times. Clear dashboards help you identify trends instantly and plan future seasons based on reliable data. Your key figures are available in real time, enabling you to make operational decisions confidently and effectively.

Occupancy Software & Group Accommodation Management

For group accommodations, school hostels, and similar facilities, the system offers specialized tools for managing seasonal and annual occupancy. Instead of juggling multiple spreadsheets, you benefit from a centralized tool that displays all bookings, groups, and occupancy periods clearly and intuitively. Address and contact details of organizations, groups, or partner institutions are centrally maintained and accessible to your entire team. In addition, facility management and kitchen workflows, checklists, and documents can be managed within the system, ensuring that all relevant information is stored in one place. With integrated exports for your financial accounting, all booking and billing data is transferred in a structured format.

Onboarding follows a structured process so rooms, rates, locations, and workflows can be set up within a short time. If you still have questions, an experienced support team based in Germany is ready to assist you with expert help. In addition, integrated help texts and training materials ensure that you and your team always find the right answers—without the need for lengthy manuals.


App

Concept Phase. Already during the conceptual development of our system architecture, we placed great emphasis on designing all processes in a way that makes them optimally prepared for future mobile app usage. Our infrastructure is fully based on modern interfaces, ensuring that relevant data can be transferred quickly and reliably at any time.

In a future development stage, room-related processes such as cleaning, repairs, and other facility management tasks will be managed directly through an app. Staff members will be able to scan a QR code at each room, record the status, document work orders, and send real-time updates to the reception. This allows rooms to be marked as ready for occupancy immediately—without long walking distances or unnecessary delays.
