Waiting list
Some travel operators offer waiting list for fully booked camps. The customer can register for a waiting list and gets notified if capacity is added.

Demographics

Ticketing
For the checkin in camp or event entrance we offer tickets with QR codes, which you can scan at the checkin. They are also used to protocol medical issues.
Attendance certificate
Upload your event certificate template and Bookacamp will send it as personalized pdf document to the event attendee.
Diary
The notes of camp counselors for each participant go to our diary, e.g. if someone is ill. Those notes are organized as a diary to be read in the office in the morning.
