Our app was developed in collaboration with a Berlin event agency and is already proven for check-in at the entrance. In addition to using the QR code scanner on the smartphone, a handheld scanner is also supported, which works better in the dark. Participant lists and payment status can be retrieved in the app. Additional payments at the entrance are also possible.
For Counselors in progress
We are developing a secure way to access participant data at camp and transmit photos and videos. Our counselor app serves as data exchange with the office and as a protocol for medical reporting. The app is not tied to Bookacamp, but can be licensed for various software providers.
