password forgotten functionality is one of the most used functions to steel your access data. When an attacker was able to steel or guess your (too weak) personal e-mail account password, the immediataly has access to all your services using a password forgotten mail. The attacker will find te services to try in your personal inbox. We do not want to open our services to that weakness.
